The Lagree Method

Lagree is not Pilates - and it’s not traditional strength training.

The Lagree Method combines slow resistance-based movement with continuous muscle engagement to create deep, effective strength without high impact or heavy weights. The result is a workout that is challenging, efficient, and suitable for all fitness levels.
