What is the Lagree Method?
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout created by Sebastien Lagree, performed on spring-loaded machines. It focuses on slow, controlled movements to maximize time under tension and engage slow-twitch muscle fibers, combining strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, and balance training in 45-minute sessions with minimal breaks. The method aims to strengthen and tone the body while being gentle on joints and the spine.
