Lagree is low‑impact and joint‑friendly, but you should always consult your physician if you have an injury or medical condition. Please inform your instructor before class so appropriate modifications can be offered.

Yes. Due to limited class sizes, we recommend booking in advance as they sell out. We also have a wait list.
-
The waitlist always moves. Adding yourself to the waitlist is the same as being admitted into the class, so you need a class on your account. Once moved from the waitlist into the class, the reservation follows the standard 10 hour cancellation policy. If at any point you can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

-
Classes open on a rolling basis 7 days in advance.

For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class start may not be admitted.
